I went to Bonita Springs last Thursday and stopped to eat a waffle here. The waffle's taste is delicious and the staff is the most truly adorable that I found in US. Of course in my return travel, I stopped again!!!!

This review is based off of an encounter that another customer had and we witnessed, and were just a bit disappointed with how the situation was handled. I think a so called "manager in training" should be able to handle a small complaint and remedy a situation without having to phone in for help. Not being able to provide some sort of compromise and a customer having to leave unsatisfied shouldn't be the answer. Besides that the food was very nice actually, I had the sirloin steak and eggs and sirloin was well done how I like it, all around!

Sucked we stood at the door 20 min before anyone even spoke to us and there were two tables available that hadn't been cleaned so we waited 5 more min and finally someone ask us if we were waiting for a seat . We go to waffle houses and this is one of two that I rank low .

Waffle House's are normally either really great or really bad, WH is my goto eats on the road. But this one while it's not all bad it's also not very good.' I ate there twice in the 2 weeks in Bonita Springs. there's no such thing at this Waffle House as over medium You either get them runny or cremated.regardless of how you request them. The store is fairly clean and the staff is attentive and friendly. I'd try it again ,,, but I'd just get a burger next time. A little training would go a long ways at this WH.

Only reason id post about a waffle house is if it sucked and this one tops the list all around - worst food worst service and most filthy restaurant and STAFF of any awful waffle ive ever been!

Great service and food for a Waffle House. Not a big waffle fan but man, could not have tasted any better after holding large amounts of clothes while the wife shopped at the outlet mall!

Estero Florida left me speechless with it's peaceful and clean and up to date presence in the middle of no where. This Waffle House was the best risk I took with my eating adventures. It's on a side road right by I-75, service here was at an unexpected level of professionalism, our waiter, who's name escapes me was easily identifiable with a single tear tattoo. The food was quite fresh. I had the ham & cheese omelet with their hash browns that are cooked to perfection, with a side of beacon & 1/2 a waffle. I enjoyed eating every bit.Along with the food being prepared well, the team did a good job keeping their place clean I was impressed by this location. Honestly this place broke the stereotype I had of Waffle Houses, as a dirty not favored place to eat. I am a fan.

The food at WH is always great! But this particular Waffle House has the best service. Laurie and David were terrific. Lennette, the chef, made the food exactly right! Friendly, patient and our oeder was accurate. We are staying at Vanderbilt beach and went to another WH closer to us, but service was aweful, so we drove a longer way to this location and had an awesome experience! Thanks y'all!

Fantastic!! They were better than most waffle houses I've been to! Good: - When one of the waitresses saw me dropping off my grandfather with his cane at the front before parking, she walked out to the door and stood there holding it open for him. Very nice! - Prompt service: We were visited right away by the waitress who got us starts with drinks quickly - Cook came over when my grandfather asked about the cholesterol in the eggs. He was willing to give us the big meal (eggs, waffles, hash down, sausage) to share and just split everything onto two separate plates. He even cooked my grandfather's separately (he wanted egg whites only, so I took the extra yolks). :) - Clean floors and tables. - Easy access from the main road. - Delicious food that was consistent with what you expect from Waffle House. My grandfather loved how it was cooked fresh right in front of us. :) It was his first time eating there. Bad: - There was a weird customer who started talking to us about how it was his birthday. But he stopped being chatty after a minute or so. Overall it was a great visit with a delicious dinner! Fantastic service and very accommodating.
